In case we are using Word from the web, we strongly recommend clearing the browser cache. Cookies and cache data can cause more of a problem when they accumulate in large numbers. In fact, we recommend periodically clearing the cache of any browser that we use daily to avoid problems of any kind.
Use the Windows default dictation feature
In case the previous solutions do not work, the only alternative we have is to activate Windows speech recognition and use this voice dictation in Word. Voice dictation is a feature of the operating system that we can activate or deactivate through user commands. So, it will not turn off automatically, very useful on many occasions indeed.
- We open the Word document.
- We press the keyboard shortcut Windows + H.
- The voice tool will be activated.
- We started talking into the microphone.
