So let’s go to the Finder and click on our iPhone in the sidebar. In the Options section, we will have to uncheck the box on the left of Show this iPhone when connected to Wi-Fi.

In case we are trying to prevent content from being synchronized such as: notifications, calendar events, messages, etc. This is something that can be disabled.

We go to the Apple menu on our Mac, which is in the upper left corner of the screen, and choose System Preferences.

In the System Preferences window, we will have to click on Apple ID in the upper right corner.

After this we are going to choose iCloud in the left sidebar and we will have to uncheck the applications or services that we already want to synchronize with the iCloud account.

On iPhone it’s quite easy too, we go to the Settings app, then press on our Profile and choose iCloud.
