How to display email address on login screen in Windows 11
As mentioned above, you can choose to display additional account details on the login screen when using Windows 11.
Here’s how to do it.
Windows 11 has a centralized location for most of its setup applications. From system settings to creating new users and updating Windows, everything can be done from the System settings crystal.
To access the System Settings, you can use the Windows key + i shortcut or click Start ==> Settings as shown in the following picture:
Alternatively, you can use the search box on the taskbar and find Settings. Then select to open it.
The Windows settings panel should look similar to the image below. In Windows settings, click Accountsand select Login options on the right panel of the screen shown in the image below.
In the Login Options settings panel, under Additional Settings, change the tile button to Upon position for «Show account details, such as my email address, on the login screen.” to allow.
That should allow for additional account details on the login screen.
How to disable account details on the login screen
If you change your mind about the previous changes, you can simply disable them by reversing the steps above and going to the Login Menu ==> Settings ==> Account ==> Login Options ==> and move the button on the tile to Off position for «Show account details, such as my email address, on the login screen.” to disable.
That should disable it.
