By default, Windows Update Delivery Optimization is enabled in Windows 11. However, if you disabled it and want to re-enable it, just follow the steps above and re-enable it.
Click on the Start Menu ==> Windows Settings ==> Windows Updates ==> Advanced Options ==> Delivery Optimization then move the button to Upon position for Allow downloads from other PCs to enable this function.
Once enabled, you can choose to allow downloads only from PCs on your local network or download updates from anywhere, including the Internet.
