Obviously with AirPlay doing this is very simple with our Mac or Apple TV. However, we encounter many doubts when it comes to mirror an iPhone or iPad screen in Windows It’s possible?

The answer is yes, it is totally possible. This is thanks to an application found in the Microsoft store that allows us to duplicate the screen of our Apple device on any computer with Windows 10 or 11. The best? It is completely free.

Mirror iPhone or iPad screen in Windows 10 and 11

Open the Miccrosoft store to search for the app that will help us mirror iPhone or iPad screen on Windows.

The first thing we will have to do is download the application from the web from Microsoft or search for it in the Windows Microsoft Store. For this we are going to click on “Start” and write “Microsoft Store”, then press “Enter”.

Search for AirPlay in the Windows Store.

Here we are going to use the search bar at the top and write “Airplay Screen Mirroring Receiver” and we will click on the indicated result.

Download AirPlay from the Microsoft Store.

Now we will have to click on “Install”, we will wait for it to download and install. Then we will click on “Open”.

Run AirPlay.

AirPlay Screen Mirroring will start immediately. The default name of the receiver will be the name of our computer, although we can modify it by clicking on the pencil icon.

At this point we should see a message like “The receiver started successfully” at the top. In case we do not see it, we will have to restart the application.

Screen Mirroring.

Once we have the app launched on our Windows PC, we are going to go directly to our iPhone. Here we will have to open the iOS Control Center by sliding from the top to the bottom from the upper right edge. Then we are going to click on “Screen mirroring” or “Screen Mirroring”.

We choose the Windows PC where we are going to mirror the screen of our iPhone or iPad.

Next, we would have to see the name of our PC or the device we chose. In case it is not available, we will have to verify that our iPhone and PC are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and that the mobile device application is not blocked through the Windows Firewall.

Once connected, anything we do on our Apple device will be seen on the AirPlay receiver, even if we want to play music and videos. We can also enlarge the screen if we believe it is necessary.

In case we want to stop mirroring the screen, we are simply going to close AirPlay on the PC by pressing on the “X” that is in the upper right.
