In order to start the unlocking process, the first thing we will do is open the Snapchat application on our mobile device. In the upper left corner of the app, we will have to click on the user icon.

Then the profile screen opens. Here we are going to have to click on the gear-shaped icon in the upper right corner to access “Settings”.

Once we are on the “Settings” page, we will have to scroll down. At the bottom, in the “Account Actions” section, we will have to press “Blocked”.

When we do, we will see a list of people we have blocked currently on the Snapchat account. To be able to unblock one of those people, we will have to press on the “X” that is on the right side.

When doing so, a pop-up message will appear asking us to confirm our choice. Obviously, we will have to press “Yes” to be able to unblock that person.

Now the user is unlocked in the account, we can add him back to the friends list and communicate with that person as we would with any other.
