How to spool jobs in Windows 11
If you are waiting for a document to be sent to the printer and nothing prints, you may find reasons in the print queue. Windows printers have queues that contain jobs ready to print. Once the printer is available, the jobs are released to be a printer.
To see a list of items waiting to be printed in Windows 11, select the Start menu, then click Settings.
