- Next, we are going to “Add Bluetooth or other device”, we select the corresponding option.
- We will have to wait a few seconds and pair the remote again, it will appear in the list of devices, we click it and it will connect.
Using the USB wired controller
Controllers designated by XBOX as MOGA XP5-X Plus for mobile and cloud games, may disappear from the list of the device when we try to connect it to a PC. Therefore, it will only work connected via USB.
What we recommend is precisely to deactivate Bluetooth and connect it via a direct USB cable to the computer.
Turn the remote on and off
As simple as it may sound, many knob problems are easily fixed by putting the controller through a full power cycle. So we’re going to have to turn the controller off and on. For this we will have to press and hold the Xbox button for 5 to 10 seconds until it turns off.
After this we will wait a few seconds and we will have to press the Xbox button again to turn the controller back on. This should solve the problem.

It is possible, we can connect a PS4 or PS5 controller to be able to play without any kind of problem. The most recommended thing is that we do it via USB so as not to have any kind of inconveniences. However, it generally works without much trouble over Bluetooth.
