Delete a page in Microsoft Word with text

The first thing we will have to do is select the page that we want to delete manually by scrolling to it. Once we find the page, we will have to highlight all the texts or elements that are on it. We can do this in a simple way by pressing Ctrl + A.

Now, we are simply going to have to proceed to press the Delete button on our keyboard. Additionally, we can cut them using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + X. This way all the texts should disappear, which will make the page disappear. There is no option to specifically delete a page.

Delete an empty page

We will have to find the page and blanks from the navigation panel. For this we go to the View tab that is at the top and we will have to make sure that the navigation box is checked.

Once the left sidebar appears, we will click on Pages to be able to view all the pages of the document. So we will scroll through these pages until we find the one we want to delete and we will double click on it.

Let’s enable paragraph marks by pressing Ctrl + Shift + 8 on Windows or Command + 8 on macOS. We will click on the marks to highlight them.

Once we are with the highlighted marks, we will have to go to the Home tab, enter 1 in the font size section and press Enter for the changes to be applied.

In this way we will be able to reduce the paragraphs and fit them on this page. Then we’re going to have to go back to the same page and press Ctrl + Shift + 8 to hide the paragraph marks.
