To access the System Settings, you can use the Windows key + i shortcut or click Start ==> Settings as shown in the following picture:

Sometimes when you select a file extension, you won’t immediately see Vivaldi to change. Click on the More applications link to show hidden Vivaldi.
When done, each file type should be changed to Vivaldi.
