This post shows students and new users the steps to upgrade to Windows 11 with a workaround or bypassing the direct Windows 11 requirements. If you have a valid Windows 10 license, you can upgrade to Windows 11 for free.

However, to update normally or using standard methods, your Windows 10 machine must meet the minimum Windows 11 requirements.

What if your system is old and does not meet the requirements of Windows 11? Well, you can still update using non-standard methods that Microsoft does not recommend. We have written a post and showed you how to download Windows 11 ISO and create bootable disc to install Windows 11 on unsupported PCs.

The steps below will show you how to update an old PC that does not meet the Windows 11 requirements using another alternative method. With this, it will not be necessary to reformat your drive, erase your files, or even burn the ISO to an external USB drive.
