How to spool jobs in Windows 11

If you are waiting for a document to be sent to the printer and nothing prints, you may find reasons in the print queue. Windows printers have queues that contain jobs ready to print. Once the printer is available, the jobs are released to be a printer.

To see a list of items waiting to be printed in Windows 11, select the Start menu, then click Settings.

In the Settings pane, click click Bluetooth and Devices ==> Printers and Scanner as highlighted in the image below.

In the Printers and Scanners setup panel, click the printer you sent to print the job from in the list.

On the printer settings panel, select Open print queue to see what’s printing and the next print order.

You will see the print-ready items if there are any.
